Stainless Steel Cold Rolled Coil

1.Premium Stainless Steel Cold Rolled Coil – Full Specifications & Applications

Stainless steel cold rolled coil is produced through cold rolling process after hot rolling annealing, featuring smooth surface, high precision thickness, excellent flatness, good formability and superior corrosion resistance. It is widely used in high-end manufacturing, decoration, home appliances, food equipment and precision hardware fields. Below is the detailed classification by grade, chemical composition, size, surface brightness, mechanical properties and targeted market applications for quick selection.

2.Core Product Parameters

All coils comply with international standards (ASTM, AISI, EN, JIS), The best-selling series include the 200 series, the 300 series and the 400 series, with strict control on chemical composition, dimensional tolerance and mechanical properties. Custom width, edge treatment and surface finish are available upon request.

5.Applications for Different Surface Finishes

No.1:
For heavy-duty industrial environments. Our No.1 finish offers excellent heat resistance and a uniform matte surface that hides wear and tear.
2B:
The workhorse of stainless steel. If you need a balance between cost, formability, and reflectivity, 2B is your go-to choice for deep drawing.
BA:
right Annealed for a decorative shimmer. Perfect for architectural panels where you want a mirror effect without the premium price of 6K.
No.4:
The hygienic standard. No.4 brushed finish hides fingerprints and scratches, making it mandatory for commercial kitchens and food processing lines."
6K:
True reflection. Our 6K finish undergoes multi-stage polishing to eliminate any pinholes or distortion. Ideal for high-end architectural accents.

6.Presentation of the process for packaging the non-perishable steel coils in containers

For the general stainless steel coils, we usually ask the customers to divide them into coils weighing between 4 and 7 tons each. This is to facilitate better loading into containers, as the net weight requirement for stainless steel coils in 20GP containers cannot exceed 28 tons.
